Oh well it turned out as expected. Hope ST/WSDOT/City will at least try the "quiet asphalt" idea.

I wonder what they mean by "environmental stewardship?" Take a look at all the taxes on utilities and they must mean "pay through the nostrils." Well, hopefully they'll preserve the Trestle - it spans Mercer Slough - a wetland no less!
